Shipping policy
We ship orders within 5-7 days after purchase from our website, except for custom wigs, which could take 7-10+ days for customisation.
All super double-drawn wigs take a minimum of 21 days to customise.
Orders made during sales could take up to 14 days for customisation. If you do not receive the tracking number after 14 days, please email us at orders@tresjoliebeautylounge.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We aim to meet the delivery times stated however during busy periods (especially during sales) deliveries may take longer than usual. Tres Jolie cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels as a result of delivery instructions provided to the courier.
