Return Policy

We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days for us to receive your purchase back. 

Please note that you have 24 hours to cancel your custom wig order. After 24hrs, we assume you are happy with your purchase then we proceed to production.

Customers must measure their head circumference before making a custom wig order from our website. 


To be eligible for a return, ESPECIALLY FOR OUR READY MADE WIGS your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uncut lace, unworn or unused, Curly unravelled, with tags, and in its original packaging. 


Orders with bleached knots are not exchanged/refundable. We are not responsible for balding caused by bleached knots. Customers are advised to request bleached knots services with full knowledge of the impact eventually. 

We are not responsible for damage to lace after the use of units. Customers must check that the lace of their unit is not damaged upon receipt. We are happy to replace damaged lace for a fee.

The product must not have been tried on or removed from the packaging


*All returns MUST pass the criteria above due to laws that regulate the sales of wigs and hair products.

 

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@tresjoliebeautylounge.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Please note that we will not be responsible for the cost of returning your item back to you should we reject your return for not following the rules stated above.

REFUND/EXCHANGE: We do not accept exchange/refund for a custom wig that has been made with the customer's specific request. Our refund/exchange only covers what we have on our website.

As a small business, we are unable to offer FREE returns at this time, and therefore this expense must be covered by you, the customer.
»Your refund will be processed within 2- 3 working days of us receiving your return.
» Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the original shipping cost.
» Any returns that do not meet the criteria for a discount at the time of purchase will be disqualified.

We aim to meet the delivery times stated however during busy periods (especially during sales) deliveries may take longer than usual. Tres Jolie cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels as a result of delivery instructions provided to the courier.
